No, these changes will be automatically applied to your account if you're already on subscription! You will begin to see bonus points applied on the 1st of June for all subscription orders placed in May. If you're not already on subscription and you create a subscription order in May, you will become eligible to earn additional Bonus Loyalty Points as a part of the IDRewards program with your 2nd order (1st subscription order).
No. We allow a grace period of 1 month in a 12 month period. If you skip a 2nd time your Loyalty Point Rewards reset back to 1% and start accumulating again with a new subscription.
Simply log in to your VIP Customer account and click “My Account” on the main menu, then click on Loyalty Points. Here you will see an IDRewards tracker that will show you what % you're eligible to earn as a part of the IDRewards program. You can also see your total Loyalty Point balance, and a full accounting of all points earned and spent.
